Every respondent is screened against the study criteria. Experts and healthcare professionals are verified before interview. We use attention checks, duplicate detection, and back-checks to remove poor-quality responses.
Moderators and interviewers are trained and briefed on every project. Supervisors review a share of interviews on each study, and we monitor fieldwork daily against quotas and timelines.
Every participant is told who is conducting the research, how their information will be used, and that they can withdraw at any time.
Respondents are never identified to clients without explicit consent. Client identities and project details are kept confidential.
Our teams are trained in adverse event reporting and follow the compliance requirements of pharmaceutical clients.
We process personal data in line with India’s Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023, and apply GDPR standards to studies involving respondents in the European Union and United Kingdom.
We follow the principles of the ICC/ESOMAR International Code on Market, Opinion and Social Research and Data Analytics.
